Reporting a Problem

If you suspect that your ISU computer has been compromised:

  1. Immediately unplug the network cable from your machine (leave the machine power on).
  2. If possible, scan your computer with fully updated anti-virus software.
  3. Contact the ISU Helpdesk at 282-HELP (282-4357).

To report any unwanted e-mails you receive, including spam or phishing, simply forward the messages to spam@uce.gov. Make sure that you include the full header information in the e-mail.
